NakedFest 2026 – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all wristband purchases for NakedFest 2026, organised by NM Festivals Limited T/A NakedFest (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing a wristband, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility to attend

NakedFest a private event and is exclusively for Contributor Members of nakedmates.com . To attend, you must hold an active Contributor Membership and have accepted nakedmates.com’s latest Terms and Conditions.

3. Age Confirmation Requirement

NakedFest is an adults‑only event. You must have previously undergone successful age verification on nakedmates.com before being able to purchase a wristband for NakedFest.

4. Identity Verification Requirement

To attend NakedFest 2026, you must have completed identity verification on nakedmates.com before being able to purchase a wristband.

  • wristbands are only valid for individuals whose identity has been successfully verified.
  • If you do not match the identity verification details previously provided, you will not be permitted entry and no refund will be issued.
  • This requirement helps ensure the safety and security of the event and ensures NakedFest is limited to people who are genuinely entitled to attend.

5. Your Wristband

  • A wristband grants one person access to NakedFest 2026 for the dates shown on your booking confirmation.
  • wristbands are non‑transferable and may not be resold.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times while on site. Lost wristbands can be replaced at the check-in.

6. Payment & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and it is your responsibility to check that all information is correct. The confirmation will also contain full event details (including location and directions).

7. Refunds & Cancellations

  • All wristband sales are final. wristbands are non‑refundable except where required by law.
  • If you can no longer attend, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
  • If the event is cancelled by us, you will receive a refund of the face value of your wristband.
  • If the event is postponed, your wristband will automatically be valid for the new dates.

8. Changes to the Event

We may make changes to the festival programme, schedule, facilities, or activities if necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.

9. Behaviour & Conduct

NakedFest is a friendly, respectful, clothing‑optional event for men. By attending, you agree to:

  • behave respectfully towards other attendees and staff
  • follow all site rules and instructions
  • not engage in unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour

We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event without refund if their behaviour is inappropriate or unsafe.

10. Safety & Liability

  • You attend NakedFest at your own risk.
  • Camping involves natural hazards including uneven ground, weather conditions, and wildlife.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.
  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Photography & Privacy

Photography is strictly controlled at NakedFest to protect everyone’s privacy. You must not take photos or videos of other attendees without their clear permission.

12. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information only for the purpose of administering your wristband and wristband purchase. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.

13. Alcohol & Substances

Alcohol is not sold at NakedFest but you may bring a reasonable amount of alcohol for personal use. Illegal drugs are not permitted on site. Anyone found with illegal substances may be removed without refund.

14. Camping & Facilities

You are responsible for your own camping equipment and belongings. Please follow all safety instructions regarding fires, cooking equipment, and waste disposal.

15. Weather

NakedFest takes place outdoors and will go ahead in most weather conditions. No refunds are given due to poor weather unless the event is cancelled for safety reasons.
